Questions, answered
Is my product image changed?
No. We normalize the photo (orientation, size, metadata) and can remove the background for the cutout look. The product itself is never regenerated or redrawn.
Do you generate AI video?
No. Videos are built from your photos with templates, motion and typography. AI is only used, if you want it, to draft hook texts from your approved facts.
What exactly is a batch?
One product, one template, one body and end card, and three hooks: three 15-second MP4 files. Corrections to text, CTA or offer are included and do not use another batch.
Is there music?
No. The files contain a silent audio track. Add licensed music from the commercial libraries of TikTok or Meta when you set up the ad.
Which formats do I get?
Vertical 9:16 MP4 (1080×1920, 30 fps, 15.0 seconds, H.264), suitable for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.
Who owns the videos?
You do. You confirm that you have the rights to the photos and statements you use; we only process them to create your videos.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are canceled in the customer portal and end at the end of the billing period. Unused monthly batches do not roll over; extra packs stay valid for 12 months.
Do you use my photos to train AI?
No. Your uploads are only used to produce your videos.
Why is there a watermark?
Videos made on the free plan carry a small “Made with videoclips.si” mark. Paid plans and extra packs are watermark-free.
